Imaging & Therapy Center: Suite 100 (From South (back) Building Entry take a right down hallway and pass the elevators. Suite door is straight ahead.
NCDRx: Suite 175 (From South (back) Building Entry, walk to middle of lobby & take Left down hallway, past bathrooms and freight elevator. Located at the end of hallway near the west entry).
Dance Therapy: Located in the 2nd floor conference room of LBJ tower.
Epilepsy/Seizure & Sleep Center: Located in suite 900, right off the elevators on the 9th floor. Check in for patients is located at the 10th floor reception desk.
Administrative & Business Center: Located on the 9th floor in the southwest corner of the building.
Epilepsy Foundation of Texas: Located along the west side of the building on the 9th floor, near the administrative offices.
NCD Breakroom: Located on the east side of the building on the 9th floor.
Neurology Consultants of Dallas Clinic Space: Located on the 10th floor. Reception area located directly off the elevators on the north side of the building.
NCD Clinical Research Department: Located on the 10th floor with check in at the receptionist desk.
Drug Rep Lounge: Located on the 10th floor with check in at the receptionist desk. All REPs must check in at the front desk and be given access to lounge for sample drop off, signing and demonstrations.
Behavior Health Providers: Located on the 10th floor in the southeast wing. Check in available at the front desk.
