Memory/Cognitive Health

While most people experience some mild changes in their memory as they age, memory loss and thinking problems that disrupt daily life are not a typical part of aging. If you’re concerned about significant changes in memory, thinking, behavior, or mood, in yourself or someone you care about, contact our office. Our team of neurologists, neuropsychologists, therapists, clinical researchers and more will diagnose, treat and manage your symptoms.

Neuromuscular

Our physicians have focused on providing comprehensive care to those with neuromuscular diseases and disorders. Our wide-ranging services include testing, diagnosis, treatment, education, and rehabilitative care for Myasthenia Gravis, Myopathy, Neuropathy and many other neuromuscular disorders.

Sleep Medicine

Sleep medicine specialists have completed dedicated fellowship training for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. As the name suggests, sleep specialists focus on sleep problems and sleep disorders. Being healthy is not only dependent upon getting enough sleep, but also the quality of sleep. Often, a decrease in quality sleep is the reason a person suffers from other ailments. Sleep disorders can significantly increase the risk for headaches/migraines, poor concentration, vehicular accidents, work and school problems, heart disease, depression and anxiety, weight gain, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

Stroke / Vascular

Vascular neurologists diagnose and treat many cerebrovascular diseases and events, including stroke, brain aneurysm, and spinal cord hemorrhage. Our team of specialists have been instrumental in developing a state-of-the-art stroke program within Dallas area hospitals, as well as providing continued evaluation, treatment, and neurorehabilitation care for our patients.

AASM (American Academy of Sleep Medicine) accredited sleep center and epilepsy monitoring unit located inside Neurology Consultants of Dallas' Neuro Testing Center in their Dallas office provides comprehensive, sleep and seizure testing that is both advanced and comfortable.
