Anna Tseng, MD – Chief Development Officer

General Neurology, Chief Development Officer

Dr. Anna Tseng is a compassionate advocate for patients and a force to be reckoned with in the neurology community.

As the Chief Development Officer at Neurology Consultants of Dallas, she is driven by a relentless commitment to improving patient care and elevating the quality of life for those with neurological conditions. Dr. Tseng’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping NCD’s comprehensive approach, ensuring that patients are the priority in every aspect of care.

A champion of treating the whole person and not just the disease, Dr. Tseng goes beyond traditional medical care by considering the full context of her patients’ lives. She takes the time to understand each individual’s medical history and the other factors that may impact their well-being. Her clinical expertise encompasses multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular diseases, and botulinum toxin therapy, but her dedication extends far beyond the exam room.

Dr. Tseng’s passion for the arts has inspired her to build NCD’s Wellness Program from the ground up, integrating various art therapies to support the mental and physical health of patients. By partnering with local teachers, professors, therapists, and trainers, she has brought innovative programs to life, including Ballet for Parkinson’s, Neuro Boxing, Art Journaling, and Patient/Caregiver Conferences. Her work has empowered patients to heal and thrive through creative expression and physical activity.

Recently, Dr. Tseng played a pivotal role in helping NCD join the CMS GUIDE Program, which aims to provide comprehensive and coordinated dementia care. The GUIDE Model is designed to improve the quality of life for people with dementia, reduce strain on unpaid caregivers, and help patients remain in their homes and communities. As a caregiver herself, Dr. Tseng understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of caregiving, giving her a unique perspective that informs her approach to patient care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Tseng balances a fulfilling life with her family. She is devoted to her four dogs, supports her two daughters in their various pursuits, enjoys watching old movies with her husband, and relishes time spent engaging in water sports. When she finds a moment of free time, you might find her savoring a sushi dinner at one of her favorite spots.

Dr. Tseng’s dedication to transforming healthcare and her compassion for her patients make her a leader and innovator in the field of neurology. She is not only committed to changing lives through medicine but also through the arts, wellness, and holistic care.
