Dr. Varghese discovered her passion for neurology during medical school, with a particular interest in movement disorders. She is drawn to the neurological system because it represents the very essence of who we are—governing both the concrete and the abstract aspects of our being. From how we interpret the world to how we interact with it, she believes the nervous system tells the story of each individual patient, making personalized care essential.
During medical school, Dr. Varghese was recognized for her academic excellence with several honors, including induction into Psi Sigma Alpha, the National Osteopathic Scholastic Honor Society; the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Citation for Academic Achievement; and the Merck Manual Award for Academic Excellence.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Varghese enjoys singing, dancing, watching movies, and exploring new cuisines. Most of all, she values spending quality time with her family—especially her two children.
