Dr. Angela Young, a compassionate and friendly physician originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, brings compassion and effervescence to NCD.

With a thriving practice focusing on neuromuscular and headache/migraines, she dedicates herself to providing exceptional care to her patients. Specializing in Botulinum Toxin Therapy for headaches and migraines, she showcases her deep concern for the well-being of those under her care.

Walking into her office, you’ll be greeted by her cheerful voice as she welcomes her next appointment. Dr. Young finds joy in the challenging nature of neurology, particularly with a keen interest in neuromuscular disorders. Her expertise extends to various areas, including EMGs, skin biopsies, Myasthenia Gravis, muscle diseases, and peripheral neuropathy. As a general neurologists, Dr. Young is well-rounded and provides exceptional care to many different neurological disorders. 

Her patients affectionately describe her as the sweetest and most full-of-life physician they have ever encountered. Wearing a bright smile and offering encouragement to those around her, Dr. Young stands as a cornerstone for the Neurology Consultants of Dallas (NCD), providing comfort and support during trying times.

Beyond her medical profession, Dr. Young is an amazing mother to two beautiful little girls who are Girl Scouts. She cherishes every moment with her family and enjoys exploring the world together. Often seen strolling through the beautiful gardens at the Dallas Arboretum or spending time with the animals at the Dallas Zoo, she embraces life with the same vibrant spirit she brings to her medical practice.
