Meet Dr. Takesaka, a dedicated and compassionate senior partner at Neurology Consultants of Dallas (NCD).

Driven by a strong work ethic, Dr. Takesaka is a hard worker who goes above and beyond to provide her patients with answers to their symptoms. Her fascination with the intricacies of the brain led her to pursue a career in neurology, where she appreciates the challenges of caring for patients with various neurological disorders.

As a fellowship-trained neurologist, Dr. Takesaka practices general neurology and attends to patients with a diverse range of conditions, including headache, epilepsy, neuropathy, tremor, Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, and more. While Dr. Takesaka’s demeanor may be perceived as quiet or reserved by some, her approach to medical care is anything but; she is remarkably determined and laser-focused.

Having joined NCD in 2014, Dr. Takesaka swiftly became an integral part of the family. She performs EMGs in the clinic and skillfully interprets EEGs in both clinic and hospital settings. During every patient visit, she is committed to listening to their full story, enabling her to treat the root cause of their ailments and improve their overall quality of life.

Apart from her thriving medical career, Dr. Takesaka has two gorgeous children who are always full of energy, keeping her on her toes. She finds immense joy in spending quality time with her husband and their lively children.

Beyond her medical pursuits, Dr. Takesaka finds is happiest when playing the piano and cherishes the moments spent with her loved ones, be it family or friends. Her passion for neurology, coupled with her love for music and family, makes her a cherished member of both her professional and personal communities.
