Deepa Panjeti-Moore, D.O., M.P.H.

Dr. Deepa Panjeti-Moore decided to pursue medicine to dedicate her life to helping others by alleviating their pain and for her love of science.

While earning her medical degree, Dr. Panjeti-Moore found herself drawn to neurology and the multi-faceted nature of the brain and nervous system. After completing her neurology residency, she chose to spend two additional years of training to specialize in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy. Her patients would say that she treats them like family, and that is how she wants it to be!  Her goal is to give an accurate and knowledgeable neurological diagnosis and provide the best treatments possible for her patients. She is dedicated to finding the most effective therapy for epilepsy as early as possible, allowing her patients to have the best quality of life.

Dr. Panjeti-Moore’s interests include:
  • Optimizing early, accurate diagnosis and selection of the best therapeutic options for patients with epilepsy
  • Medically intractable epilepsy
  • Surgical therapy for epilepsy
  • Diet therapy
  • Pregnancy care and epilepsy
  • Improving quality of life for patients with epilepsy

Dr. Panjeti-Moore is also affiliated with a Level 4 Epilepsy Center. When appropriate, she can offer elective admissions to the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) where intensive neurodiagnostic monitoring can be performed.  She is skilled in the evaluation of patients interested in epilepsy device options, such as RNS (Responsive Neuro Stimulation), VNS (Vagal Nerve Stimulation) and epilepsy surgery. In her free time, Dr. Panjeti-Moore can be found spending time with family. She enjoys cooking, birding, spinning and watching a great movie.
